So, you ordered your golf cards and they never arrived because the address you provided was not correct. No big deal. It happens occasionally, and in most cases we can resolve the issue. The problem is that we have to take some administrative actions on our end, possibly adjust previous records and accounting provided to golf courses, reprint cards for you, stuff it in an envelope, put more postage on it, and get it in the mail (or wait on you for pickup). That takes time, and time is money. For this relatively small fee, you can correct the problem. Just make sure that your delivery address in this order is correct. Be sure to use the same name in the order or reference the previous order in the notes section in this order. We'll get new cards out to you pronto. Thank you.
